Introducing Head Chef Oudia
Over an enjoyable catering career, which spans more than 25 years, Chef Oudia has gained vast experience in cooking international cuisines including French, Spanish, Thai and Caribbean dishes. Her ala carte menus and preparation of traditional European sweets and sauces, along with excellent cooking skills set her apart from most chefs of her caliber.

Chef Oudia has worked for a number of five-star restaurants including The Savoy, Four Seasons, Hilton, Dorchester and the Virgin Executive Lounge at Heathrow airport, and has developed the ability to produce food to an outstanding quality even within pressurised circumstances.
Chef Oudia's work extends to various catering roles within the House of Parliament, House of Commons, The Royal Hospital, The Leisure Club, The French Bank and The Haven Church Home to name but a few.
